Back in 2007!
Yes indeed, the Earth Day Groceries Project is back on for 2007! Earth Day comes on April 22 every year, and this project will be there as always (since 1994), helping to spread environmental awareness, through the beautiful artwork of schoolchildren on the grocery bags of shoppers on Earth Day everywhere!

Hi Mark! I didn't find an email for your on the website so I am posting here in hopes that you read this. I am writing from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am a student teacher and our school is interested in participating in this project. We are using the press release that you provided, but I was wondering if you had any more recent statistics than 1999. I would like to update it with more current numbers. Thanks!
BTW, our school is issuing challenge to other schools in our area to participate. I hope to generate some excitement about this project locally through the media.
